Tempi di Consegna
We currently process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipped orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped within the next 2 working days.
If your order has not arrived on the expected day and you have received the shipping confirmation, your order is on its way and can be traced on the courier’s website using the information in the confirmation email you received once you ordered.
Ginuensis has no responsibility for delivery delays or non-delivery, although we will use reasonable efforts to address any missed deliveries.
Returns
In the event that a damaged product arrives to the customer, Ginuensis undertakes to send a new order intact at its own expense.
The goods returned to Ginuensis will be redelivered upon payment of new delivery costs to be paid by the buyer.
Shipping costs are always visible in the checkout of the order and do not include any customs duties or import charges.
